An existing building dating circa 1910 which had been converted into flats around the 1930's.  Unloved and allowed to fall into disrepair, the original plan for this site was to demolish and replace with new eco homes.  After an extended Planning period, it was labelled a non-designated heritage asset and had to be retained.  Many iterations were considered with the final approved plans allowing the conversion into a pair of semi-detached houses.

The building is undergoing a through renovation including triple glazed windows, cavity and internal wall insulation, air source heat pumps.  The final product will be an eco home with character!
