This property was a very dated, high energy use house.  We reorganised the floor layouts completly and replaceed a double storey side extension while improving its eco credentials throughout.  New cavity wall insulation, triple glazed windows, Air Aource Heat Pump with under floor heating throughtout.  Solar PV with batteries and a full Mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery.  EPC rating went from a "G" to a "B"!
